Dear Bidder: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a consultant/consulting firm to perform work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Design and implement a line of ESG services that strengthen the capacity of the Chamber of Construction of Uruguay (CCU) to accompany its companies in the adoption of environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices.Activities:1. Design the structure, scope and focus of the CCU's ESG service line. 2. Develop tools, content and technical materials linked to sustainability and ESG for companies in the construction sector. 3. Design and implement workshops on environmental management in civil works. 4. Implement awareness-raising activities on materiality analysis and ESG reports applied to the construction sector. 5. Design and implement a cycle of mentoring and capacity building in the construction sector. 6. Develop training opportunities in corporate governance, leadership and business transparency. 7. Strengthen technical capabilities of the CCU team to accompany companies in ESG matters.
