The general objective of consulting is to hire a civil society organization to contribute to the design and implementation of local strategies to address the different expressions of gender inequality (with focus on prevention of violence based on gender and economic autonomy), strengthening community actors, with emphasis on women's organizations and their articulation, as well as the strengthening of capacities of local institutions for the formulation of proposals and articulation with the VBG response system and the inter-state capabilities in the key to the key to the key sustainability.
